Ingredients :

1) Oil
2) Mustard Seeds
3) Cumin Seeds
4) Seven To Eight Curry Leaves
5) Finely Chooped Half Piece Of Ginger
6) Five To Six Finely Chopped Garlic Cloves
7) A Finely Chooped Onion
8) Two Finely Chopped Tomatoes
9) Turmeric
10) Spice
11) Salt
12) Two Bowls Peeled Wet Peas
13) Cilantro

Procedure :

1) To make Matar Tomatochi Masaledar Bhaji or Spicy Vegetable Made From Green Peas And Tomato Vegetable, first take enough water in a large pot and soak two bowls of wet peas in it, this will keep the peas fresh in water. Then turn on the flame of a gas and put a big vessel over it. When the vessel is well heated, add ten to twelve teaspoons of oil, then over low flame, add half a teaspoon of mustard seeds. After frying mustard seeds properly in oil, the scent of mustard seeds will waft. Then add seven to eight curry leaves. Add five to six finely chopped garlic cloves and finely chopped half piece of ginger immediately after frying mustard seeds and curry leaves.
2) After frying all the bursting properly the aroma of garlic and ginger will waft and then add one finely chopped onion in it.
3) Fry all the bursting properly. Fry the onion properly in oil till it turns red. Once onion turns red in oil, add two finely chopped tomatoes in it. Stir all these vegetables and then cover the vessel for 5 minutes and let the tomatoes to be cooked on steam.
4) Neatly rinse the two bowls of wet peas soaked in water in a large pot on the other side till the tomatoes are cooked on steam and then drain the water from the pot in which we soaked and washed wet peas. After 5 minutes, carefully open the lid on the vessel and you can see that the tomatoes in the vegetable are soft, it means that the tomatoes in the vegetable are cooked, then add half a teaspoon of turmeric, one and a half teaspoon of spice. Then add two bowls of washed wet peas in this vegetable. After that add salt to taste and fry all the vegetable properly so that all the bursting, turmeric, spice and salt will be right everywhere to the vegetable.
5) Then cover the vessel again to cook the spicy vegetable made from wet peas and tomatoes. Carefully open the lid after two to three minutes, then you can see that the vegetable releases a little water, so stir the vegetables with a spoon and keep the lid on the vessel for another seven to eight minutes to cook the vegetables. After eight minutes, if you carefully open the lid on the vessel, it will waft a pleasant aroma from the vegetables. To make sure that the wet peas in this vegetable is cooked properly or not, try pressing the wet peas with your finger. If the wet peas are easily pressed, we can make sure that the vegetables are cooked properly. Then turn off the gas once the vegetables are cooked properly and and then add some finely chopped cilantro over the vegetable.
6) In this way, just in ten to fifteen minutes, the delicious, tasty and spicy vegetable made from wet peas and tomato vegetables will be ready to eaten with hot bhakari or chapati.
