Ingredients :

1) Ghee
2) Five To Six Curry Leaves
3) Four To Five Finely Chopped Green Chillies
4) Four To Five Potatoes
5) One-Fourth Bowl Of Crushed Roasted Peanuts
6) Salt
7) Sugar
8) One-Fourth Teaspoon Of Lemon Juice

Procedure :

1) To make Batatyacha Kis, first wash four to five potatoes with water, then peel them and grate them properly.
2) After finely grate the potatoes in this manner, on one side soak the grated potato in a bowl with water  and wash it properly two to three times and then soak it in water so that the color of the Batatyacha Kis does not turn red and also white starch in the potato will go away.
3) Then turn on the heat and put a pan on it. Once the pan is well heated, add four to five teaspoons of ghee to the pan over low heat. After the ghee melts and the aroma will waft then add five to six leaves of curry leaves, half a teaspoon of cumin seeds and four to five finely chopped green chillies. Fry all the bursting properly. Take special care to not get scorched the bursting. After frying curry leaves, cumin seeds and green chillied in ghee rightly, add four to five grated and water filtered potatoes. Then, add one-fourth bowl of grinded roasted peanuts, salt to taste, add half a teaspoon of sugar to slightly sweeten and stir this mixture well. Then put the lid on the pan and let the Batatyacha Kis cook on steam. Batatyacha Kis cooked well on steam, so don't add water in it.
4) After 2 minutes, remove the lid from the pan and add one-fourth teaspoon of lemon juice to Batatyacha Kis for a slightly sour taste. To check if Batatyacha Kis is cooked, take Batatyacha Kis on a spoon and press it with your finger. If Batatyacha Kis soften when pressed, you can be sure that it is cooked properly and then turn off the gas.
5) In this way, a tasty, slightly sour-sweet-acrid compound hot fasting food of Batatyacha Kis will be ready to eat.
